Job Description

  • Identify suppliers and vendors.
  • Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
  • Raise and process purchase orders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance (quality, delivery time, price competitiveness).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
  • Avoid overstocking or understocking by forecasting needs accurately.
  • Negotiate favorable terms to minimize procurement costs.
  • Seek opportunities for bulk discounts or better sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
  • Generate reports on purchase activities, vendor performance, and cost savings.
  • Ensure materials purchased meet required standards and specifications.
  • Follow internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
