• Identifying and Onboarding of new vendors as and when required.
• Initiating next level conversations for allowing bulk discount.
• Procurement of materials. (SAP-Purchase quote and PO)
• Supervising Packaging materials. (SAP-Labeling)
• Scheduling logistics partner availability as per delivery schedule
• Follow up with vendors for statements and invoices
• Assisting in preparing purchase plan
• Preparing purchase comparison report. (SAP-Purchase comparison report)
• Maintaining hard copy records related to purchases.
• Assisting in preparing purchase related reports.
• Warehouse management (SAP-Stock management)
Requirements
• Graduate or Equivalent
• Proficient in MS excel, work, PowerPoint.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration/purchase
• Good communication skills (Written and verbal)
