Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase & Accounts Manager with minimum 2 years of experience to join our team. As a Purchase and Accounts Manager, you will oversee all purchasing and accounting functions within the organization. Responsibilities Manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms. Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. Provide regular reports to senior management on purchasing and financial activities. Ensure timely payment of invoices and proper tracking of expenses Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and accounting roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Experience with financial analysis and reporting. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
