Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial pumps and fire-fighting systems, along with providing technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial pumps and fire-fighting systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the sales/service team for timely resolution of client requirements.
• Maintain service reports, documentation, and client communication.
• Provide on-site technical training and support to clients, if required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Prior experience or knowledge in industrial pumps, firefighting systems, or related products is highly desirable.
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to travel within Chhattisgarh and nearby regions for service assignments.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates from Raigarh or nearby areas in Chhattisgarh will be given preference.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
