The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing the hospital’s image, reputation, and communication with patients, attendants, media, and external stakeholders. The role involves ensuring smooth communication, handling patient relations, organizing promotional activities, and maintaining a positive public image of the hospital.
