Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and trend-savvy PR & Marketing Executive to lead innovative marketing initiatives for us. This role is ideal for someone with a deep passion for the F&B industry, a finger on the pulse of what's trending, and the creativity to turn ideas into memorable guest experiences.

Marketing Strategy & Initiatives:

• Develop and execute innovative, trend-led marketing campaigns that position the restaurant as a must-visit destination.
• Curate and launch new initiatives to engage both existing and potential guests across online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with influencers, media, and partners to amplify brand visibility.
• Research and onboard emerging talent musicians, DJs, artists, performers to create a fresh and vibrant calendar of events.
• Plan, organize, and manage events that align with the brands vibe and attract new audiences.
• Work closely with operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends in the F&B and hospitality industry.
• Benchmark competitors and recommend unique strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Identify opportunities for seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and collaborators.
• Draft press releases, pitch stories, and secure coverage in relevant publications.
• Ensure all communication reflects the brands tone, personality, and vision.
• Support in creating engaging content ideas for social media, emailers, and digital ads.
• Coordinate with designers and photographers for shoots, reels, and other marketing assets.
