Public Relations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Relations (PR) professional, manage communications strategies, and build strong relationships with media and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have an MBA background, excellent communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for impactful presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR campaigns aligned with said goals
• Draft press releases, speeches, presentations, and other PR content
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets
• Prepare media kits, company profiles, and key messaging documents
• Handle crisis communication and reputation management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure unified messaging
• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports
• Organize press conferences, media briefings, and public events

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in PR, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Confident public speaker and networker

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience in digital PR and social media strategy
• Knowledge of media monitoring and analytics tools
• Multilingual abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
