We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage financial operations and ensure compliance within the dynamic world of post-production. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, billing, vendor payments, and reconciliation Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (Tally or relevant software) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings, and coordinate with CA firms when needed Track project budgets, monitor expense reports, and ensure timely billing to clients Maintain payroll records and support salary disbursement processes Liaise with producers, clients, and internal departments for financial documentation Manage petty cash and studio-level operational expenses Assist during internal and external audits Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–5 years of relevant experience (experience in a media/post-production environment is a plus) Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software Knowledge of taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.) Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and handle multiple projects Attention to detail and integrity in managing financial data Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and video content (focused on post-production services and success stories). Coordinate with creative teams for visual and multimedia content creation. SEO & SEM Optimization: Implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies for organic growth, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and link-building. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Social Media Marketing: Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) by creating, scheduling, and posting regular content. Track engagement metrics and adjust campaigns for optimal results. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads, building client relationships, and promoting services. Monitor open rates, CTR, and conversion performance. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track campaign performance, analyze web traffic, and adjust strategies for maximum impact. Client Communication & Branding: Work closely with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and ensure the company’s services align with client goals. Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy. Experience in the post-production, film, or media industry is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in SEO strategies, PPC, and social media best practices. Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling.
