Public Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for product launches, financial results, sales announcements, and other key company initiatives
• Craft key narratives and communication strategies for stakeholder engagement, including investors and media
• Analyze market conditions and public sentiment to inform PR approaches
  

Crisis Management

• Manage critical crisis communication situations with speed and precision
• Mitigate potential negative publicity while maintaining brand integrity
• Serve as a trusted advisor during sensitive communications scenarios
  

Media Relations

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
• Handle press inquiries and write compelling press releases
• Secure extensive media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast channels
• Shape narrative in articles and video content through strategic media partnerships
  

Stakeholder & Influencer Management

• Manage relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Oversee influencer content strategy and execution across social media platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, social media, creative, finance, and events to ensure cohesive messaging
  

Event Management

• Organize and execute high-profile events to enhance brand visibility
• Manage event logistics and cross-functional collaboration
• Promote events through media and marketing channels
  

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align PR initiatives with broader business objectives
• Liaise with regional and global teams to ensure consistent communication
• Contribute to business development through client acquisition and partnership discussions

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in public relations
• Proven track record in automotive, technology, or consumer-facing industries
• Experience managing crisis communications and high-stakes situations
• Demonstrated success in securing media coverage and managing influencer partnerships
• Agency experience is a strong advantage
