About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic PR Manager who can effectively tell our story, build trust, and shape the world's perception of Arivihan. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and leadership teams to drive media visibility and create a strong public image for the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute PR plans aligned with our mission and growth goals

• Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and brand stories that highlight our impact

• Build trust with parent communities, education groups, and local influencers

• Represent Arivihan at summits, education fairs, CSR initiatives, and regional school events

• Support outreach campaigns and hyper-local branding

• Collaborate with content and social teams to ensure consistency in messaging

• Oversee influencer campaigns to reflect our brand voice accurately

Requirements:

• 2+ years in PR, media relations, or communications (ed-tech or startup experience preferred)

• MBA from a recognized institution

• Strong media network (national and regional)

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Preferred:

• Experience in education, AI/tech, or public policy domains
• Familiarity with Tier 2/3 markets and local storytelling
