Public Relations Executive/Manager

Role Overview

As a PR Executive / Manager, you will be the bridge between clients and the media. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing communication strategies, managing media relationships, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic PR plans for multiple clients across lifestyle, fashion, wellness, and F&B sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, editors, and media houses.
• Pitch stories, secure media opportunities, and ensure consistent press coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
• Draft press releases, media kits, pitches, talking points, and communication briefs.
• Coordinate and manage press events, product launches, interviews, and media interactions.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze PR campaign performance, and prepare monthly coverage reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and proactively suggest ideas to clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for client communication and ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and manage junior team members (if applicable).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in PR, preferably within a PR agency.
• Strong network of media contacts in lifestyle, fashion, and F&B beats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently.
• Passion for storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
