Public Relations Executive

As a PR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing public relations campaigns for our diverse range of clients. Your role will involve constructing press releases, managing media relations and monitoring the public perception of the organization or individual represent.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure coverage for the organization’s initiatives, products and services.

2. Stay up-to-date with the latest PR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.

3. Write compelling press releases and distribute to relevant media outlets. Monitor press coverage and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.

4. Work with senior management to develop crisis communication plans and respond to crisis situations in a timely and effective manner.

5. Develop and maintain PR campaigns that align with the organization or individual’s goals and objectives.

6. Ensure all external communication is consistent with the organization’s messaging and values.

Requirements:-

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a relevant field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of agency experience is necessary.

3. Familiarity with media monitoring and reporting tools.

4. Strong organizational and project management skills.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Excellent media relations skills.

7. Strong attention to details.

8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
