Public Relations Executive

As a Patient Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role as the primary contact point for patients, their families, and the healthcare facility. Your primary focus will be to ensure that patients have a smooth and positive experience by addressing their concerns, offering guidance, and collaborating with both clinical and non-clinical staff to resolve issues effectively and professionally. - Welcome and assist patients and their families by providing them with necessary information, directions, and support. - Respond to patient concerns, complaints, or suggestions with empathy and a high level of professionalism. - Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to address and resolve patient issues in a timely manner. - Monitor patient satisfaction levels and actively participate in implementing initiatives to enhance patient experience. - Educate patients about hospital policies, procedures, and available services to ensure they are well-informed. - Keep accurate records of patient interactions and feedback to maintain a comprehensive database. - Support the smooth admissions and discharge process to guarantee a seamless experience for patients. - Foster a culture of care, respect, and service excellence within the healthcare facility. Qualifications Required: - Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in patient services, healthcare customer service, or related roles.
