Job Description

Role: PTP Team Lead
Skill: Procure To Pay
Experience: 5 years to 7 years
Job Location: Delhi
Shift: 24x7


Education:
  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar

Must-Have:
Invoice processing ( PO /Non PO), Payment run, Team and Stakeholder Management


Good-to-Have:
Knowledge of MM module in SAP, payment run, Team management, Stakeholder management


Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
  • Good understanding of invoice processing / payments/vendor management/master data management
  • Knowledge of processing PO, Non PO invoices
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
  • Exposure in MS Office
  • Ensuring deliverables are done on time
  • Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP ERP MM Module, Service Now SAP Ariba etc
  • Team handling & problem solving skills


Other Key responsibilities/Functional Support Activities:
  • Onboarding & training of new employee
  • Maintaining the list of team members and org chart
  • Manage day to day operational level escalations
  • Reporting of the request processed on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Monitor the Teams effectiveness and workload on weekly basis
