Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Participate in The Sacred Classroom Teacher Education Program for personal and professional growth to deepen understanding of the schools teaching framework.
Plan and teach lessons aligned with Cambridge A Level and NIOS psychology modules.
Facilitate research methodology learning (experiments, self-reports, case studies, and planning questions) as required by both syllabi.
Develop assessments consistent with Cambridges objectives (knowledge, application, analysis) and NIOS activity-based evaluation model.
Coordinate experiential learning experiences such as psychological investigations, surveys, and eld projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Masters or Bachelors degree in Psychology with minimum 23 years of teaching experience in Cambridge or national boards (NIOS, CBSE, or ISC).
Familiarity with Cambridge International A Level assessment standards and NIOS learning frameworks.
Strong skills in research design, data analysis, and psychological report writing.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
Ability to review textbooks and reference books to work with relevant materials
Comfort with integrating creative methodologies such as storytelling, social interventions, art, or nature-based learning
