Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Psychologist to join our team in Hyderabad with 1-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment programs.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans.
Stay updated with the latest research and developments in psychology to improve treatment outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
Strong knowledge of psychological principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Familiarity with IT services and consulting industry is an added advantage.
