What you'll do; As a Growth Psychologist, you will play a dual role—supporting clients clinically and coordinating their experience with empathy and structure. - Shift: Afternoon Clinical Responsibilities Conduct initial psychological assessments and provide short-term therapeutic support Collaborate with senior clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists, and psychiatrists Offer follow-up support, maintain records, and ensure continuity of care Stay updated on current psychological practices and contribute to a culture of learning Client Wellness Coordination Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their wellness journey Schedule and organise therapy sessions while maintaining smooth client communication Contribute to Koott’s mental health outreach through campaigns and educational content Support and strengthen internal systems that ensure high-quality, people-centred care You should have; MSc in Psychology 1–2 years of experience in a therapeutic, wellness, or client-facing setting Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (preferred) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A structured, warm, and proactive work style Experience in coordination, content creation is a plus Why join us; Work closely with some of Kerala's best clinical and counselling psychologists Receive mentorship, supervision, and real-time experience in client care Get exposure to psychiatry collaborations and multidisciplinary teamwork Be part of a mission-driven team creating meaningful impact in the mental health space Show more Show less
