About the Role:

Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide civil engineering support for

  wind farm construction and infrastructure works

  including turbine foundations, internal roads, drainage, and transmission infrastructure.
• Assist in

  project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring

  in coordination with the PSS and site teams.
• Review and validate

  civil design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

  .
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure

  adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards

  .
• Conduct

  site inspections

  , review work progress, and identify potential risks or deviations from project schedules.
• Support in

  cost estimation, material reconciliation, and documentation

  for civil works.
• Ensure

  compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

  throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to preparation of

  MIS reports

  , dashboards, and progress presentations for management review.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Master’s preferred).

• 5–10 years of experience

  in civil works within renewable energy projects (preferably wind power).
• Hands-on experience with

  foundation design, road works, and substation civil structures

  .
• Strong understanding of

  project planning tools

  (Primavera / MS Project) and

  QA/QC processes

  .
• Knowledge of

  IS codes

  , environmental and safety standards related to infrastructure construction.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, MS Office, and project monitoring tools

  .
• Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
