Resource needs to support testing, SIT, UAT of solidcore and HDE solutions.

Resource needs to support analysis of ATM security solutions.

Resource needs to track issues though JIRA tool and have experience in using JIRA tool.

Resource needs to raise ATM software issues with Level 3 software support team, co-ordinate, test and bring the fixes for the issues raised.

Resource need to go customer facing for the meetings of the issues or quires being raised from the production machines.

Resource need to work and resolve Technical issues raised by FMS services helpdesk provided to customers for EJ, solidcore and HDE solutions.

Need to co-ordinate with various teams in the NCR for resolution of ATM production issues.
