Specialties

Responsible for handling end to end recruitment (BFSI) assignments for various clients.
Analysing and understanding the client requirement.
Experience of working on, etc. Sourcing, screening, Job posting and mass mailing profiles from a job portal and other sources.
Calling prospecting candidates, explaining to them about the opening.
Shortlisting the candidates as per clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews.
Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates, Maintaining and updating database of potential, prospective and rejected candidates.
Experienced human resource professional proficient in handling BFSI Recruitment.
Delivering on Senior & Niche requirements of our clients.
Selecting candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Job Portals, databases etc.
