Calling prospecting candidates, explaining to them about the opening. Shortlisting the candidates as per clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews. The role focuses on driving business growth while maintaining credit quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Strategy Drive LAP Prime business across all branches and channels in the state. Develop and execute state-level business strategies aligned with national objectives. Identify new markets and customer segments to expand the LAP Prime portfolio. Ensure profitability and productivity benchmarks are achieved consistently. 2. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and credit team. Set clear performance expectations and monitor team productivity. Mentor team members to enhance capabilities and career progression. 3. Channel Management Build strong relationships with DSA, connectors, and referral partners. Coordinate with branch banking teams for lead generation and conversions. Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with banks quality standards. 4. Credit & Risk Management Ensure adherence to credit policies and risk framework. Monitor portfolio quality and take corrective actions to reduce delinquencies. Work closely with credit and risk teams to approve quality proposals. 5. Compliance & Governance Ensure 100% adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. Implement audit recommendations and close gaps proactively. Maintain proper documentation and process hygiene. 6. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
