Role- Proposal Writer

Experience- Min. 3 Years

Location- Raheja Mindspace, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana

Working Time- 9 PM-6 AM IST (Night Shift)

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and technical experts, to gather necessary information for proposal development
• Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with solicitation requirements
• Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules to manage proposal development timelines
• Coordinate and lead proposal review meetings, incorporating feedback to improve proposal quality
• Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and meet all client requirements and standards
• Maintain a repository of proposal templates, past proposals, and other reference materials to streamline future proposal development
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and changes in government procurement regulations
• Assist in the development of strategies to improve proposal win rates and overall proposal process efficiency
• Review and analyze competitor proposals to identify strengths and weaknesses and incorporate lessons learned into future proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, English, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing, specifically for US government contracts
• Proven track record of developing winning proposals for RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitation types
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and adhere to proposal schedules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and research skills to understand client needs and develop tailored proposal responses
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
