Job Description

You are a high-caliber Proposal Manager (Pre-Sales) with a strong academic background from IIT/IIM and proven expertise in strategic bid management and pre-sales support. Your role will involve leading end-to-end proposal development, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions. Your analytical thinking, business communication, and execution excellence will be crucial for developing winning proposal strategies and value propositions. Your responsibilities will include creating client-specific documents, structuring proposals aligned to client needs, ensuring compliance with internal protocols, and driving continuous improvement through feedback capture and analysis. You should have 4-10 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Proposal Management, or Strategic Sales Support roles, excellent analytical and communication skills, strong project management abilities, and prior experience in IT services or consulting domains. Preferred qualifications include a B.Tech/B.E. from an IIT and/or MBA from an IIM, APMP certification or equivalent, and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, RFPIO, or Loopio. It would be beneficial if you have experience working in or supporting Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms, exposure to international markets and enterprise deals, and an understanding of proposal evaluation criteria used by global clients.,
