Proposal Manager - Legal services

As an Assistant / Deputy Manager in Legal Services (Pre-sales Legal Outsourcing) at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing solutions for legal services and engaging with clients effectively. Your qualifications should include being an LLB Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in legal outsourcing and pre-sales. **Role Overview:** You will be an integral part of the Enterprise Legal Management Solutions team, utilizing your expertise in legal processes to provide end-to-end support in various legal areas. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with sales and practice teams, leading the RFP/RFI response process, developing thought leadership content, and staying updated with legal tech tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide solutions for legal services like contracts management, data privacy, litigation management, regulatory compliance, legal operations, and corporate secretarial services. - Collaborate with sales and practice teams to design customized solutions based on client needs. - Lead the RFP/RFI response process by defining solution approaches, preparing process flows, and commercial models. - Participate in proactive pitches by analyzing client landscapes and requirements. - Develop thought leadership content and support demand generation initiatives. - Stay updated with legal tech tools and integrate CLM and IP platforms into proposed solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - LLB Graduate - Minimum 5 years of experience in legal outsourcing and pre-sales In addition to your qualifications, you should possess strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
