Property Valuer

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and hardworking Property Valuer for our Prayagraj office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting property inspections, preparing valuation reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Prepare valuation reports as per bank and institutional guidelines.
• Collect, verify, and analyze market data and property documents.
• Ensure timely completion of valuation assignments with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with bank officials, clients, and local authorities for valuation-related queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for each project.
• Adhere to company standards, valuation ethics, and confidentiality norms.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Valuation (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property valuation or related field.
• Strong understanding of valuation methods, property laws, and local market rates.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic report formatting.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Must be self-motivated, professional, and hardworking with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
