Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Source new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with clients. Conduct field work to visit potential clients, understand their needs, and present property solutions. Develop strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and increase revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Data Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify prospective clients across targeted geographies and sectors. Build and maintain accurate, segmented lead databases with detailed contact information and relevant business insights. Analyze property listings, market trends, tenant movement, and competitor activity to identify potential leasing opportunities. Source data through multiple channels, including online directories, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, company websites, and industry portals. Sourcing & Outreach Support: Support the sales team by preparing curated lead lists for campaigns and direct outreach. Collaborate with sales managers to define prospecting strategies and improve targeting accuracy. Ensure leads are well-vetted, relevant, and aligned with current sales goals and campaigns. Provide clean, deduplicated, and enriched datasets to streamline sales operations. CRM & Reporting: Regularly update and maintain data in CRM tools to reflect lead activity, qualification status, and client interactions. Generate lead generation and conversion reports, highlighting gaps, trends, and growth opportunities. Track lead performance metrics to optimize sourcing efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
