Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Recruiter with a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment across India and the UAE. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and market dynamics. This role requires someone who can independently manage high-volume and high-quality recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across all levels. Handle pan-India and UAE-based hiring mandates across sales, operations, back-office, technical, and leadership roles. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Use various sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and internal databases. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Create job descriptions, publish job ads, and manage recruitment marketing campaigns. Lead and mentor junior recruiters or coordinate with recruitment agencies as needed. Maintain recruitment reports, analytics, and dashboards for internal reporting. Stay updated with market trends, compensation insights, and competitor hiring strategies. Key Requirements: 6-10 years of hardcore recruitment experience , preferably in a fast-paced or multi-geography hiring environment. Strong experience in end-to-end hiring , with proven success in pan-India and UAE recruitment. Excellent command over sourcing tools, social platforms, and hiring portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Demonstrated ability to fill mid to senior-level positions quickly and efficiently. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
