Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into sales. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about PUF panels and related solutions. Meet daily/weekly/ monthly targets set by the management. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Provide excellent communication skills with a convincing power. Commitment to product learning (PUF panels) and adaptability to company processes and goals. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inbound sales, telecalling, or outbound sales. Strong selling skills with ability to meet targets consistently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers .
