Job Description

Sales & Marketing (Luxury Real Estate)

Location:

Manage
entire sales & marketing operations
for
multiple luxury residential projects
Handle
site walk-in customers
, present project concepts, and conduct
sample flat walkthroughs
Attend and respond to
all sales enquiries
regarding project details, availability, and future developments
Maintain
customer data, MIS, and sales reports
with regular follow-ups
Coordinate and follow up with
channel partners
as required
Ensure
professional client handling
, strong communication, and effective closures

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in
Hospitality or Aviation
preferred
Proven experience in luxury real estate sales
(ticket size 15 Cr and above is mandatory)
Strong
site sales exposure
with HNI / UHNI clients
Fluent in English
with a presentable and polished personality
Experience with
reputed real estate developers
is a must
