Property Operations Manager

We're searching for an accomplished Villa Operations Manager to oversee our villa operations, ensuring seamless daily management, team leadership, and exceptional guest experiences. This pivotal role involves maintaining high standards of villa upkeep and guest satisfaction. We're looking for someone with strong leadership, operational expertise, a passion for delivering superb guest service, effective communication skills, and a background in luxury villa management or hospitality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Property Maintenance and Upkeep: Ensure the daily housekeeping and regular maintenance of furniture, appliances, fittings, fixtures, and amenities, including the pool, gymnasium, parking, cafeteria, and common areas.
• Guest Experience Management: Facilitate a seamless guest journey from check-in to checkout, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Guest Service and Interaction: Handle guest inquiries, requests, reviews, feedback, and billing promptly and professionally.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the on-site team, including rostering, performance reviews, training, and fostering a cohesive team environment.
• Inventory & Vendor Management: Oversee inventory levels and procurement of supplies. Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in a hotel, resort, or villa in the capacity of an Operations Manager, preferably in Goa. Candidate must have 8-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 5 years in a managerial position.
• Experience managing hospitality operations at luxury villas is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and owners.
• Proven organizational and leadership skills with a track record of successful team management.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
