Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the operations and management of our luxury residential properties across Bangalore. The role will involve end-to-end operational management of multiple residential buildings, ensuring smooth functioning, high service standards, and seamless resident experiences. The ideal candidate must be open to regular site visits and hands-on operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all assigned residential buildings in Bangalore.
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in property management, facility upkeep, and resident services.
• Coordinate with property staff, facility teams, and service vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Implement operational processes, compliance checks, and safety protocols across sites.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and cost efficiency in building operations.
• Handle resident escalations with professionalism and provide effective solutions.
• Travel across properties regularly to conduct audits, inspections, and ensure operational excellence.
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management on operational performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facility Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury residential properties.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Bangalore.
