Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations of assigned units or residences.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service delivery.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Team Management & Training:

Manage, mentor, and train on-ground teams including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance staff.
Ensure effective coordination and performance monitoring of staff.

Resident & Client Engagement:

Handle client and resident interactions to ensure satisfaction and quick resolution of issues.
Maintain strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.

Vendor & Budget Management:

Oversee vendor management, including procurement, service contracts, and payments.
Track unit-level budgets, expenses, and profitability.

Reporting & Collaboration:

Prepare periodic reports on performance metrics, occupancy, and financials.
Collaborate with central teams such as Operations, HR, Finance, and Admin to ensure smooth execution of processes.
