Job Description

Client Relationship Management
Build strong client relationships by understanding and identifying client needs.
Implement defined CRM processes including meeting scheduling, tracking action points, and ensuring timely closures.
Move-In / Move-Out Management
Oversee unit inspections, damage assessment, and asset verification.
Ensure repair of damages and readiness of units for incoming clients.
Service Delivery Oversight
Ensure consistent service delivery in line with client requirements and SLAs.
Oversee smooth running of all services and daily operations on the premises.
Budget & Cost Control
Manage assigned operational budgets effectively, keeping expenses within approved tolerances.
Apply best business practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs without compromising quality.
Team Coordination & Governance
Coordinate with outsourced teams for building operations and service delivery.
Liaise with cluster SMEs for support, troubleshooting, and governance compliance.
Track SLA adherence, generate MIS and MMR reports as per scheduled frequency.
Quality & Compliance
Identify service gaps highlighted by SMEs, document, and escalate to outsourced managers with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure all statutory and legal compliance requirements are met across managed buildings.
Strategic Operations & Maintenance
Plan and implement preventive maintenance with minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with Technical SMEs for end-of-life replacement planning of equipment and assets.
Helpdesk & Complaint Management
Monitor completion of helpdesk service requests and ensure all client complaints are resolved with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Review and improve complaint handling procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
Planning & Development
Support strategic business objectives through long-term planning of facility improvements and space utilization.
Assist clients and prospective tenants with space planning and cost estimations, ensuring alignment with building standards.
