Location: Sector 82, Gurgaon, India

JD:

You will manage the property operation with the team of F&B and housekeeping staff. The role gives you exposure in handling property operation, expense and cost management of the property. This role involves providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that the property operates efficiently and effectively toward achieving organizational goals and objectives. Ability to work flexible hours. Commitment to upholding the organization's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Property Manager shall be responsible and shall supervise all the matters concerning the functioning of the Property, including the hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness of the Property.
  • The Property Manager should be good at problem solving and guest relations.
  • The Property Manager will manage maintenance team and allot them duties as per priority.
  • The Property Manager shall check the occupancy tracking
  • The Property Manager shall supervise the functioning of the mess and the working of the head chef / kitchen supervisors, cooks, housekeepers, cleaners and helpers.
  • The Property Manager shall be responsible for the overall security of the Property premises.
  • The property Manager shall be taking care of room and maintenance of the property and all the issues.
  • The property manager shall be responsible for readiness of room check in and check out.
  • The Property Manager shall be responsible for the.
  • Front desk operations.
  • Conduct regular inspection of the kitchen room and the dining hall.
  • Ensure the upkeep of stored items in the Property.
  • Ensure smooth flow of property with impressive teamwork.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality industry.

Proven experience in property management and guest relation.

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Technical Knowledge (MS Office and other).

Presentable.

Good communication skills.

Preferably from a hospitality background.

English and Hindi preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education: Any Graduate
