Job Description

End-to-end accounting for multiple UK student accommodation properties. Prepare monthly management accounts , including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. Service charge reconciliations and variance analysis. Handle rent roll reporting and revenue recognition. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for property portfolios. Liaise directly with UK property managers and landlords. Ensure accuracy and compliance with UK GAAP and client-specific accounting policies. RealPage or Yardi experience will have added advantage .
