Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Assistant Intern role based in New Delhi. The intern will assist in day-to-day property management tasks, including maintaining hostel facilities, providing excellent customer service, and handling administrative duties. Responsibilities also include supporting lease administration, coordinating with team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of the hostel, while contributing to community engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of Property Management and Lease Administration to support operational tasks and agreements.
• Organizational and Administrative Assistance skills for managing schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth processes.
• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for hospitality and travel.
• A Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
