Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out
• Assist in supervising and coordinating front office staff
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Maintain guest records, billing, cash handling, and shift reports
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and service standards
