We are seeking a dedicated Homestay/Small Hotel Manager with a passion for hospitality and a hands-on approach to managing guest experiences and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will reside on the property and be available on premises to attend to guest needs and oversee staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:Guest Communication: Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage guest bookings with professionalism and care.Onsite Presence: Stay at the property to be available at all times for guest assistance and to ensure seamless operations.Guest Experience: Provide personalized attention to guests, addressing any concerns or requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Staff Supervision: Oversee the daily duties of housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff to ensure the property is well-maintained and service standards are met.Booking Management: Manage online and direct reservations, updating booking platforms and coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs.Problem-Solving: Address any operational or guest-related issues in a timely and effective manner.Property Maintenance: Ensure the property is in excellent condition by coordinating with staff for regular cleaning, repairs, and inspections.Hospitality Standards: Uphold high levels of customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and satisfied.Experience: 2-3 years in hospitality management or similar roles.Salary: Competitive, based on experience.Join us to create memorable guest experiences and help manage a thriving homestay!
