The ideal candidate will reside on the property and be available on premises to attend to guest needs and oversee staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Guest Communication: Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage guest bookings with professionalism and care. Onsite Presence: Stay at the property to be available at all times for guest assistance and to ensure seamless operations. Guest Experience: Provide personalized attention to guests, addressing any concerns or requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Staff Supervision: Oversee the daily duties of housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff to ensure the property is well-maintained and service standards are met. Booking Management: Manage online and direct reservations, updating booking platforms and coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs. Problem-Solving: Address any operational or guest-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Property Maintenance: Ensure the property is in excellent condition by coordinating with staff for regular cleaning, repairs, and inspections. Hospitality Standards: Uphold high levels of customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and satisfied. Experience: 2-3 years in hospitality management or similar roles.
