The ideal candidate will reside on the property and be available on premises to attend to guest needs and oversee staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Guest Communication: Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage guest bookings with professionalism and care. Onsite Presence: Stay at the property to be available at all times for guest assistance and to ensure seamless operations. Guest Experience: Provide personalized attention to guests, addressing any concerns or requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Staff Supervision: Oversee the daily duties of housekeeping, maintenance, and other staff to ensure the property is well-maintained and service standards are met. Booking Management: Manage online and direct reservations, updating booking platforms and coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs. Problem-Solving: Address any operational or guest-related issues in a timely and effective manner. Property Maintenance: Ensure the property is in excellent condition by coordinating with staff for regular cleaning, repairs, and inspections. Hospitality Standards: Uphold high levels of customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and satisfied. Experience: 2-3 years in hospitality management or similar roles. Key Responsibilities: Room Cleaning: Clean, tidy, and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards. This includes making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms. Amenities Replenishment: Ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with necessary items such as toiletries, towels, and beverages. Linen Management: Replace bed linens, towels, and other guestroom amenities. Inventory Check: Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensure that room supplies are regularly replenished. Room Inspection: Inspect guest rooms for any maintenance issues (e.g., broken furniture, malfunctioning lights) and report them to the maintenance department. Guest Interaction: Politely respond to guest requests or inquiries related to room services, ensuring guest satisfaction. Adherence to Hotel Policies: Follow hotel safety, security, and housekeeping standards to ensure a high level of cleanliness and guest safety. Lost and Found: Report and hand over any found items in guest rooms to the housekeeping office for safekeeping. Special Cleaning: Assist with deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, or other cleaning assignments as required.
