Key Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning: Clean, tidy, and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards. This includes making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms.Amenities Replenishment: Ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with necessary items such as toiletries, towels, and beverages.Linen Management: Replace bed linens, towels, and other guestroom amenities.Inventory Check: Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensure that room supplies are regularly replenished.Room Inspection: Inspect guest rooms for any maintenance issues (e.g., broken furniture, malfunctioning lights) and report them to the maintenance department.Guest Interaction: Politely respond to guest requests or inquiries related to room services, ensuring guest satisfaction.Adherence to Hotel Policies: Follow hotel safety, security, and housekeeping standards to ensure a high level of cleanliness and guest safety.Lost and Found: Report and hand over any found items in guest rooms to the housekeeping office for safekeeping.Special Cleaning: Assist with deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, or other cleaning assignments as required.Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain corridors, stairways, and public areas as assigned.
