Proofreader

As a Proofreader at Orange Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for daily tasks related to grammar, text editing, proofreading, and editorial work. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to write and create content. The role is full-time and on-site. To excel in this role, you should possess strong grammar skills, including a solid understanding of punctuation and sentence structure. Proficiency in text editing and proofreading is essential, as well as experience in editorial work such as copyediting and content editing. Excellent writing skills are a must, along with a keen attention to detail and the ability to spot errors. Knowledge of industry-standard style guides is required, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines is crucial. Experience in digital marketing or related fields would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is a plus. The salary for this position is as per industry standards. This is a full-time, permanent role with a day shift schedule. The work location is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a content writer and 2 years of experience in proofreading.
