Job Description

Role Expectations: Collaborate with internal teams to understand coding and deployment challenges. Design, test, and optimise prompts to generate high-quality, production-ready code using AI/LLM tools. Rapidly prototype solutions for a variety of use cases across different domains (no fixed project). Evaluate and refine prompt strategies to maximise efficiency and accuracy. Document best practices and share insights with the team. Provide feedback on the effectiveness of prompt engineering for different business challenges Qualifications: Experience: 2–4 years in prompt engineering, with a proven track record of generating code using AI/LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.). Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., NET, React, Flutter, Python, JavaScript, etc.) and experience with code generation using AI. Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly understand new problems and propose innovative AI-driven solutions. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to document findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment with shifting priorities. Good teamwork skills with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
