Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Promoter based in Mumbai. The Promoter will actively engage with customers, represent the brand, and communicate product or service offerings effectively. Key responsibilities include promoting sales, collaborating with the marketing team on strategies, providing excellent customer service, and supporting training initiatives to enhance engagement and brand recognition. Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
Strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities
Proven experience or aptitude in sales to achieve defined goals
Marketing knowledge and the ability to effectively represent the brand
Willingness to participate in and assist with training activities to improve product/service understanding
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in promotional or marketing activities is a plus
