Job Description

Lead and facilitate project ceremonies: kick-off meetings, daily scrums, status meetings, product demos.

Prepare and maintain project documentation (communication plans, schedules, resource allocations, reports).

Apply strong Project Management principles and proven knowledge of Agile methodology.

Track and control project progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Anticipate roadblocks, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation plans.

Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to align expectations and resolve dependencies.

Monitor team progress, remove impediments, and maintain focus through continuous interaction.

Ensure clear, concise communication of project updates to all stakeholders.

Act as a self-starter with a results-driven mindset, ensuring ownership and accountability.

Continuously upgrade skills and apply knowledge relevant to evolving company needs.
