Projects Sales Executive

You will be working as a Projects Sales Executive in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Pune. Your responsibilities will include attending events, trade shows, and trade association meetings to build networking opportunities. Developing and maintaining relationships with Interior Designers/Architects, contractors, and customers will be crucial. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve targeted sales orders. You will be required to escalate and address any issues that may hinder project success, such as tracking project metrics, task completion, and budget issues. Collaboration with the internal sales team to collect and analyze client data and satisfaction surveys is essential. Prospecting and qualifying new sales leads/sites through visits, scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects, and delivering presentations on company products will be part of your routine. Tracking all sales activities in the company's CRM system, updating account information regularly, and communicating customer and prospect product pain points to relevant departments are key tasks. Maintaining a well-developed pipeline of prospects will contribute to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field and have 5-7 years of experience in visiting Architects and Interior Designers. A proven track record of managing customer relationships successfully, excellent interpersonal skills, high self-motivation, strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, working knowledge of CRM systems, and fluency in English communication are essential. Prior work experience in a Furniture Fittings company would be an added advantage.,
