We are looking to hire a graphic designer to create engaging & on-brand graphics for offline & online mediums as per the brand guidelines. This role requires developing innovative visuals to meet the business goals Job Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate, brainstorm & conceptualize visuals for online & offline mediums. Prepare rough drafts & present ideas as per the organizational standards & requirements Preparing finished artwork / adapt the artwork for various mediums by operating necessary software's & equipment Develop illustrations, images & layouts by hand or design software & execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery & layout Test graphics across various media Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed Co-ordinating with outside agencies, printing vendors & colleagues as necessary Amend designs after the feedback Required Skills: Age: Bachelors degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field 3-4 years of proven graphic designing experience across offline & online medium, preferably with a creative or marketing agency A strong portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects. Worked on software like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML, CorelDRAW Knowledge of video editing, a plus Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills Desire to continue to grow skill sets as per the latest market trends A keen eye for details and aesthetics Ability to work methodically & meet deadlines Qualifications: Bachelors degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field

Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through various channels (networking, cold calling, industry events, etc.). Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements. Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
