Job Description

As a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects related to meteorological equipment installations and renewable energy support services. Your role will involve managing project lifecycles, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and scope definition through execution and close-out. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Purchase, service engineers, sales, and marketing) to ensure alignment. - Track progress against project milestones and proactively address issues or delays. - Analyse existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. - Implement process enhancements to streamline project delivery, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality. - Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term strategic operational initiatives. - Ensure all projects comply with internal standards, industry regulations, and client requirements. - Coordinate regular quality assessments, audits, and feedback sessions to ensure high standards. - Manage change control processes and document project adjustments. - Mentor and guide junior project and operations team members. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development within the team. - Encourage a proactive problem-solving environment while maintaining high morale and productivity. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical). - 5+ years of project management/operations experience, preferably in the renewable energy, meteorological, or infrastructure sectors. - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and client management abilities. - Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools. - Willingness to travel to project sites as required. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
