Job Summary

We’re seeking an accomplished Project Supervisor to oversee multi-disciplinary project execution end to end. You’ll plan and control scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of experience (with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role), strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Management
  Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules; define milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
• Team & Resource Coordination
  Assemble and lead teams; assign tasks; manage manpower, materials, equipment, and vendor partners.
• Progress Monitoring
  Track progress against objectives; drive reviews, remove roadblocks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Risk Management
  Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; maintain risk registers and execute contingency plans.
• Stakeholder Communication
  Serve as the primary contact for clients and senior management; deliver clear reports and status updates.
• Quality Assurance
  Enforce quality standards, conduct inspections/reviews, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Compliance & Safety
  Uphold legal/regulatory requirements and on-site safety protocols; champion a safety-first culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Leadership & Mentoring: Proven ability to guide, motivate, and develop teams and junior managers.
• Organization: Exceptional planning, prioritization, and documentation skills.
• Communication: Clear written/verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical judgment to resolve technical and execution challenges.
• Technical Acumen: Solid domain knowledge relevant to project scope and methods.
• Financial Acumen: Budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.

Tools: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, Engineering) preferred.
• Experience: 8–10 years total, including 3+ years in a supervisory/project management role.
• Knowledge of industry standards, compliance norms, and documentation best practices.
