Responsibilities:
β Report in general shifts at the project site in Vasco, GOA. β Needs to be available online to the HO team, Client and the project staff after the shift for any issues to address. β Coordinate and communicate regularly to Head office in Hyderabad on the Project developments and maintenance. β Submission of monthly Maintenance bills to the Client as per the SOP. β Ensuring timely receivables collection from the clients β Coordinate with vendors to maintain and up keeping of the project material. β Ensure all the materials and enough spares are maintained at the site. β Maintaining inward and outward of materials both in the register and a soft copy in the Google drive. β Manage and lead team of Data Entry Operators. β Recruitment of new Data Entry Operators if required. β Prepare duty Roster monthly and ensure the staff is following the duty Roster. β Maintain attendance Register both physical and soft copy. β Attend and fix the issues the gate issues arising in the project. β Train newly joined Data entry Operators. β Take regular Database and Application database backup as per the SOP.
