Job Description

Position - Project / Sr. Project Engineer - Data Analyst ( Process control, design and audit experience with Power BI skills) We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Project / Sr. Project Engineer - Data Analyst with 3 to 5 years of professional experience. This role requires a strong background in process design & control, focusing on optimizing operational workflows and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Data management, data assurance, or data science, coupled with experience in data verification, audits, and process control & design. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance strategies, ensuring the reliability and quality of data. Proficiency in Power BI is essential, as you will be creating interactive dashboards, reports, and compelling data visualizations to present insights to stakeholders. Experience with predictive analysis will be a significant advantage, enabling you to forecast trends and support proactive decision-making. Furthermore, you will champion innovative data visualization techniques to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to drive process improvements and data-driven strategies.
